General Description of the Research Project | This cooperative research project aims to assess the impact of climate change on the potential increased transmission of the liver flukes Opisthorchis viverrini and Opisthorchis felineus through Bithynia snails in Russia, Lao PDR and Thailand and to predict the transmission of the liver flukes under different climate change scenarios (A2,B2 models) in 2050 and 2080. |
