General Description of the Research Project | The objective of this cooperative research project is to recycle waste photovoltaics into integrated photovoltaic-thermoelectric (PV-TE) system to effectively harvest both solar and heat energy using. Our team comprises of multiple PIs with different backgrounds in PV and TE. By integrating thin film PV with bulk TE, the ultimate aim of project is to demonstrate net increase in the efficiency of the PV-TE system compared to standalone PV |
